Ok so I sorta just came up with the name “Green Elf” in actuality this drink is a Grasshopper BUT that didn’t really seem festive….you know? I’m writing this post quickly because I need to catch a train to NYC. So instead of rambling on and on I will just tell you that this is delicious and very minty. I think it would be great to make into a milk shake…I should try that….
Green Elf (Grasshopper)
Yield: 1 drink
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ounce green creme de menthe
1 ounce white creme de cocoa
1 ounce cold heavy cream
Directions:
Combine, shake and strain. Top with shaved chocolate if desired.
