The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas – Green Elf

Print this entry

Welcome to day ten of The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas!

Ok so I sorta just came up with the name “Green Elf” in actuality this drink is a Grasshopper BUT that didn’t really seem festive….you know? I’m writing this post quickly because I need to catch a train to NYC. So instead of rambling on and on I will just tell you that this is delicious and very minty. I think it would be great to make into a milk shake…I should try that….

Green Elf (AKA: Grasshopper):
1 oz. green creme de menthe
1 oz. white creme de cocoa
1 oz. cold heavy cream

Combine, shake and strain. Top with shaved chocolate if desired.
