For the past 6 months I have been working with Pamela’s Products and have slowly incorporated some totally delicious gluten free recipes on to Nutmeg Nanny. Today I’m doing a small round-up of all my GF recipes so you can find all these delicious recipes on one delicious post!
I made this gluten free chicken tikka masala pizza out of a craving for Indian food and the desire to give gluten free pizza crust a try. It turned out delicious and took my normal pizza night to a whole new level!

My favorite is that Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza above. Wow it looks fantastic. Another I like is an olive oil cake recipe I make.

That chicken tikka pizza looks incredible; I have yet to make a gluten-free pizza crust, but if I win I am definitely going to! My favorite gluten free recipe is probably the sourdough bread recipe from the Gluten-Free on a Shoestring cookbook!

My favorite GF recipe would have to be "Chocolate Lush" prepared with GF pretzels as the crust. Dreamy:)

I like to make gluten free peanut butter cookies 1 egg 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract In a bowl combine all ingredients. Drop 1" balls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Press a fork into the top of each cookie for the "cross hatch" pattern. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
