Pumpkin Spice Apple Monkey Bread

This pumpkin spice apple monkey bread is the perfect way to start the day. Full of pumpkin spice flavors, brown sugar, dried apple bits, and then drizzled with pumpkin spice glaze. This monkey bread is super easy to make and will wow even your pickiest of eaters.

I have a major crush on all things monkey bread.

It’s sweet, sticky and crazy indulgent.

I remember the first time my stepmom made monkey bread. I was all “ummm how is something delicious going to come out of biscuits from a can?”

Yeah, I should have never questioned her because hot damn monkey bread is pretty much a gift from the sugar glazed gods.

I wasn’t even sure how to categorize this thing.

Is it breakfast? Is it dessert? Is it bread? Is it a cake? I finally settled on calling it a dessert BUT I’m 100% on board with eating this for breakfast too.

I would even be ok with putting an egg on top of this pumpkin spice apple monkey bread and calling it a balanced meal.

Well, a balanced-ish meal. #putaneggonit

I also happen to think this monkey bread is super simple to make.

I know it starts with store-bought biscuits but I’m not even sorry. It’s worth it.

If you judge me over biscuits we cannot be friends.

You would also probably judge for me the fact that I love the following items:

I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m a hot mess and you should all just accept me as I am.

Also, anytime someone wants to get together to watch The People’s Court followed up by a few episodes of Maury all while eating cheez-its I’m 100% down.

Let’s make a playdate.

Now if you’re not sure what monkey bread is I’m about to make your life a billion times better.

It’s basically bread mixed with sugar and lots of spice.

Traditionally it’s just cinnamon BUT this time I opted to use pumpkin spice (which is a combination of ALL my favorite fall spices) and I tossed in these awesome diced dried apple pieces from Bob’s Red Mill.

Which are basically just little tiny bits of unsweetened dried apple that can be thrown in without adding a ton of moisture BUT still giving you that awesome apple flavor!

So, whether you want to eat this pumpkin spice apple monkey bread for breakfast OR dessert I won’t judge you.

I may or may not have eaten it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

Love this pumpkin spice apple monkey bread?

Why not try a few of my other fall treats!
