This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Sparkling Ice for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have this major love hate thing with summer. I love when the weather is nice and I can have the windows open BUT I hate when it’s so hot I feel like the power of a thousand burning suns is beating down on me. I have yet to find a perfect state or country where I should be living but if you know a place that is about 80 year round with zero humidity and around 65 at night LET ME KNOW! This is important people – I need my luxurious temperate home.

Now, I can guarantee you New York is not this lovely temperate place BUT I’m stuck her for now so I’m making the best of it.

Want to know how I make the best of it? Basically, I guzzle anything cold or frozen. I’m an ice cream/sorbet/milkshake/float FREAK in the summer. Half of the time I scarf down my dinner just so I can be all “hey Art…wanna go get dessert?” This is just about the worst dessert cycle you can get into so I highly suggest (for your wallets sake) not getting into this habit.

BUTBUTBUTBUT I’m here to finally bring you something that is good for your wallet and your summertime frozen treat cravings – raspberry sorbet tea float. This float isn’t just made with normal tea NOPE it’s made with delicious Sparkling Ice raspberry tea. It’s fizzy, full of flavor and has just a hint of sweetness. Seriously, people, this stuff is the BOMB! I’ve always loved Sparkling Ice but I had never tried the tea products until just recently. Sold. I’m 100% sold. I have a ton of them in my fridge and I’m going to be sad the day I run out.

Now, besides dessert all day errrrryday, this summer I’m setting some goals for myself.

  • Fun
  • Travel
  • Sleep in

I mostly added the sleep in part because I’m always looking for an excuse to sleep in. Who’s with me?  But I’m gonna live up my summer. I want to have my type of fun, which of course changes from day to day. Sometimes fun means watching 5 movies in a day and sometimes fun means hiking a new trail. It’s up to the whims of my crazy personality. AND I totally want to travel this summer. So far I’ve been to Nantucket and Utah and upcoming I have Virginia and a possible trip to either London or Bermuda. My husband and I, of course, can’t figure out which one we want. Mild temperature London or sunny Bermuda <– Help! Where should we go?

Hahaha. You're never gonna find a place like that. I think the US is pretty much the only place with AC in homes and without that... it makes things tough. Humidity is just the worst without AC. :(

And these look awesome! I'll take two.

First....I LOVE the idea of dessert all day....everyday. And this float is amazing....and so is sleeping in. Which, I would love to do sometime again in my life. I'm thinking when my son is a teenager. Maybe. Right?

I loooooove the heat. I could go without the sweat but the heat - I love it! This sounds delicious. I'm addicted to the peach Sparkling Ice Tea so I definitely need to try the raspberry soon!

It's as if you read my mind about that perfect year-round weather!! I've been saying that for YEARS! The closest I've found is LA or San Diego... Who knows where I'll end up in a few years. ;) And I always plan my entire day around dessert. Always! It's not exactly the best habit, so I absolutely LOVE the sound of your recipe! Sorbet + Sparkling Ice (ohmygoodness YUM I haven't tried that flavor yet but that needs to change ASAP!) + fresh fruit?? Totally perfect and sweet and guilt-free!
