This banana bread crisp is the perfect balance of moist banana bread and crunchy oatmeal topping crisp. It’s 100% comfort food taken to a whole new level.
Who’s got some overly ripe bananas lying around? I know I always do!
But sometimes, you want more than just basic banana bread.
Sometimes I like to switch it up and make a delicious Sourdough Discard Banana Bread.
But other times, I still want that warm banana flavor, but with a crispy topping, and this banana bread crisp recipe hits the spot!
This banana bread crisp gives you everything you love about banana bread–the warm, moist, banana flavor–and combines it with a perfectly crumbly, crispy top.
And the best part is, it’s super easy to whip up!
