This Greek yogurt green goddess dressing is the perfect summertime dressing. Perfectly creamy and made with zero mayonnaise or sour cream. Say goodbye to store-bought dressing – you’ll love how easy this dressing is to make!

Have you ever wanted to drink a salad dressing?
I’m assuming most people will say no but I am not one of those people. I want ALL THE DRESSING!
Especially when it comes to this dressing. It’s not your ordinary 1970s green goddess dressing it’s an updated lighter version made with super creamy Greek yogurt.
It’s a little tangy with a bright fresh flavor brought to you by using fresh cilantro, basil, and parsley.
This dressing is so fresh it will knock your socks off. Plus it goes pretty amazing over salad or used as a fresh veggie dip.

The other thing I love about this Greek yogurt green goddess dressing is that it takes JUST minutes to throw together.
Plus it uses all the fresh goodness of summer. So if you’re one of those people who can manage to actually grow a herb garden this baby is for you!
And I love that it uses Green yogurt because I’m always buying these huge tubs and get bored halfway through #maybebuyinginbulksizesisnotgoodforme

Oh, and I used my Vitamix with this dressing too.
Sweet baby J you know how I love this thing! It isn’t necessary to have a Vitamix to make this dressing as it can be made in any other high-powered blender or food processor.
Basically, you just want something that will whizz ’round this dressing until it’s dreamy and creamy.
You can feel free to customize the amount of herbs you use according to your taste.
If you don’t like cilantro take it out. Don’t like basil? Add more cilantro.
You get the drill.
Even though I’m not including the salad recipe in this post, because this post is all about the dressing, I’ll still let you in on what’s in this baby!
Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, raspberries, jicama, red onions, homemade garlic butter croutons, goat cheese, and oregano grilled chicken. A simple basic vinaigrette is also a great option!
Soooooooooo good!

Loved this dressing! I didn't have cilantro on hand so I just added more parsley and basil. Added a bit of fresh jalapeno again. Thank you!

This is my kind of dressing. I bet it would be great on grilled meats, too!
