Gah! How is almost 2018?! This year was a delicious year full of tasty goodness and I can’t wait to show you what I have in store for this upcoming year. Of course, if you have any requests you can always shoot me an email BUT I think you’re all going to love what I have planned.

Before we get a bunch of new recipes (first new one of the year coming up on January 2nd!) we’re going to dive into all the goodness that was brought to us in 2017. This is a little roundup of the top recipes of 2017.

I’m so grateful for all of you that take the time to read my blog and I love so much that you make and enjoy my recipes. I was never sure what career path would be (I’m super spastic in that way) but blogging is the first thing I have found that I really love. Yes, sometimes it’s stressful and sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it BUT deep down inside I know it’s for me. I’ve been writing Nutmeg Nanny for almost 9 years and without all my readers I wouldn’t be able to do this.

Thank you. I appreciate all of you and look forward to bringing you tons of deliciousness in 2018.

This Cajun shrimp fettuccine alfredo is packed full of flavor with a little Cajun twist. It's perfect for busy weeknights and you'll say goodbye to jarred sauces when you see how easy it is to make your own! Plus the little punch of andouille sausage really brings that Cajun flavor.

This Cajun shrimp fettuccini alfredo pasta has been on top all year long. Apparently, you guys really love creamy spicy pasta! If you haven’t given this a try yet you should get on it ASAP! It’s sooooooooo good!

This Southwest taco stuffed spaghetti squash is packed full of ground beef, vegetables, delicious spices and herbs and topped with spicy pepper jack cheese. Super simple to make and a total crowd pleaser. This dish is 100% comfort food!

I have a giant spaghetti squash sitting on my counter right now and it’s destined for this Southwest taco stuffed spaghetti squash. It’s such an easy recipe and a great way to get in a lot of vegetables.

This chicken avocado cilantro lime soup is the perfect cold weather fix. It’s packed full of vegetables, spices, rotisserie chicken and topped with creamy Hass avocado. It’s ready in just 35 minutes so it’s the perfect weeknight comfort meal.

When I crave soup I typically want something super brothy and something with a little spice and lots of lime flavor. This chicken avocado cilantro lime soup is 100% all those things!

This slow cooker honey soy sriracha pulled chicken is packed full of flavor and made all in the slow cooker. All you need are a few easy ingredients, a slow cooker and 4-6 hours. Serve it over rice, on a bun or straight from the slow cooker!

I love using my slow cooker year round and this slow cooker honey soy sriracha pulled chicken is such an easy and filling recipe. It’s great on top of rice or piled high on a soft bun.

These apple butter onion chicken burgers are the perfect game day and outdoor grilling burgers. They are packed full of sweet apple butter flavor and pair perfectly with smoked Gouda cheese and homemade apple butter caramelized onions. You’ll love these burgers!

I have been working with Musselman’s for a few years now and the recipes I have come up with using their apple butter always go so well with you guys. This apple butter onion chicken burger is one of my personal favorite recipes and apparently one of yours too!

This sheet pan garlic lemon chicken and mushrooms is ready in under 45 minutes and made on just one pan. This baby is packed full of flavor and will be a HUGE hit with parents and children. Made with boneless skinless chicken thighs, baby portabella mushrooms, lemons and finally drizzled in a garlic parsley sauce. Trust me, you need to make this dish as soon as possible!

I LOVE a good sheet pan meal and this sheet pan garlic lemon chicken and mushrooms is soooooo good. I’ll admit it’s not the prettiest of dishes when it comes right out of the oven but after you sprinkle on that herb filled garlic sauce you got a real looker.

This sheet pan Moroccan chicken and potatoes is flavored with lots of Moroccan spices, dried apricots, golden raisins and a sprinkling of cilantro and pistachios. This dish is super simple to make and only requires 1 sheet pan and 45-50 minutes of roasting!

Again, you guys seem to love the sheet pan meals just as much as I do! This sheet pan Moroccan chicken and potatoes is a complete dish all on one sheet pan. So easy and packed full of flavor.

These baked supreme pizza sliders are the new baked sandwiches of your dreams. They taste just like loaded supreme pizza made with marinara sauce, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and lots of mozzarella cheese. You'll love how easy these baked sliders are to make!

I made these baked supreme pizza sliders on a whim and I’m so glad I did! They taste just like pizza piled high on a soft potato roll. They are perfect for football Sunday and are to impress even the pickiest of eaters.

These sweet soy marinated grilled chicken thighs are the perfect summer grilling recipe. Packed full of flavor and marinated in brown sugar, soy sauce, coconut milk and tons of flavorful spices. They are grilled to perfection and will please even the pickiest of eaters.

I LOVE grilling when the weather is warm and these sweet soy marinated grilled chicken thighs are one of my favorite summertime meals. I make them at least 2 times a month and would happily eat them every. single. week.

These peanut butter Nutella Rice Krispie treats are extra large, extra marshmallowy and crazy delicious! You're going to love how easy these treats are to make and they are ready in just 20 minutes! Plus to top them off I drizzled them with dark chocolate.

Last, but not least, are these peanut butter Nutella Rice Krispie treats. These babies are so full of delicious flavor and not your average krispie treat.

We have absolutely loved the Nutella Rice Krispy Treats this year. To me they are the adult version. Believe it or not we have had friends say they never had them as a kid! One friend even wanted to know how long they take to bake! Definitely not a cook. So looking forward to what you have in store for 2018. .
