Have you heard of Caulilini baby cauliflower? It's a trendy new vegetable that is slowly showing up in most grocery stores. Today I'm here to introduce you to this delicious vegetable and how to roast caulilini baby cauliflower.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • On a rimmed baking sheet add baby cauliflower.
  • Drizzle baby cauliflower with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss to combine and spread out baby cauliflower so it's not overlapping.
  • Roast for about 10-15 minutes or until you have reached your desired doneness. I like to roast mine closer to 15 minutes as it gives me some darker brown char on the ends of the baby cauliflower.
