Ingredients

  • 1 4 pound boneless spiral cut ham
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Add the boneless spiral-cut ham to an 8x8 roasting dish and top with foil.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes per pound or until the ham reaches 140 degrees F. when tested with a meat thermometer. For a 4 pound ham, this would be 40-48 minutes.
  • While the ham bakes add the brown sugar, honey, mustard, orange juice, allspice, and garlic to a small bowl and whisk to combine, set aside.
  • Remove the ham from the oven and remove the foil.
  • Carefully pour the honey mustard mixture over the ham. I like to make sure it gets in between the slices and all over the sides and top.
  • Add back to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the glaze has started to brown. To speed up this process you can broil the top of the ham but it can burn quickly so please keep an eye on the ham.
  • Remove the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and slice to serve.
