This homemade iced brown sugar shaken espresso is the perfect Starbucks copycat! Made with a slightly sweet homemade brown sugar syrup, creamy oat milk, and a punch of caffeine-filled espresso.

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.
  • Add espresso shot and brown sugar syrup.
  • Shake vigorously until well combined.
  • Fill a glass with the remaining 1 cup of ice and pour the shaken espresso over it.
  • Top with oat milk and serve.
