Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee 16 ounces

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl add whipping cream, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • With a handheld mixer (or electric mixer) beat on medium speed until frothy but not stiff, about 1 minute.
  • Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass. Your glass should be about 3/4 full.
  • Top each coffee with the pumpkin cream and stir to combine. If desired, dust the top with additional pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

  • You can make your own cold brew or buy it plain in the store. I really like the Starbucks or the Stok brand.
  • If you don't have pumpkin pie spice you can use cinnamon and nutmeg in place. It will taste slightly different but still very similar.
  • If your coffee is too strong you can weaken it with a little water.
