1 cup heavy whipping cream 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Ice 2 cups cold brew coffee 16 ounces
In a small mixing bowl add whipping cream, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
With a handheld mixer (or electric mixer) beat on medium speed until frothy but not stiff, about 1 minute.
Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass. Your glass should be about 3/4 full.
Top each coffee with the pumpkin cream and stir to combine. If desired, dust the top with additional pumpkin pie spice.
You can make your own cold brew or buy it plain in the store. I really like the Starbucks or the Stok brand.
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice you can use cinnamon and nutmeg in place. It will taste slightly different but still very similar.
If your coffee is too strong you can weaken it with a little water.
