Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
peeled and chopped

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

diced pimentos
drained

mayonnaise

creamy cheese
softened

yellow mustard

Kosher salt
to taste
Black pepper

Instructions
In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until combined.
If the mixture is too thick you can add a little more mayonnaise to reach your desired consistency.
Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
