This mango habanero salsa is the perfect summertime party dish! Sweet mango combined with spicy habanero peppers, cilantro, lime, and red onion. Totally delicious spooned over grilled chicken or scooped up with a corn chip!

Ingredients

diced mango

habanero pepper
pitted and minced

lime
juiced

Kosher salt
to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
Chill until ready to serve.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Serve with chips or spoon over grilled chicken, pork, or beef.
