Mango Habanero Salsa

This mango habanero salsa is the perfect summertime party dish! Sweet mango combined with spicy habanero peppers, cilantro, lime, and red onion. Totally delicious spooned over grilled chicken or scooped up with a corn chip!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 habanero pepper pitted and minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Serve with chips or spoon over grilled chicken, pork, or beef.
