2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives 2 slices hearty white bread 1-2 thick slices of roast chicken 3 slices cooked crispy bacon 4 thin slices of avocado 1 hard-boiled egg sliced 2 slices of tomato 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles Handful of mixed greens
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and chives.
Layout both slices of bread and spread each slice on one side with an equal amount of the chive mayonnaise.
On one slice of the bread add roast chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled egg, tomato, blue cheese, and mixed greens.
Top with the other slice of the bread and devour!
