Youplait Fiber One Nonfat Yogurt Giveaway

Howdy everyone 🙂  Today I’m bringing you a little giveaway for the New Year!

Like a million other people I’m looking to lose some weight after the New Year.  Not only would the weight loss be great for my health but I think it would be a great for my self esteem too. I’m planning on doing the new Weight Watchers Points Plus program.  I like the idea of learning how to eat everything in moderation.

Now onto the giveaway.  The winner will receive a VIP coupon for a free sample of the new Youplait Fiber One flavor, as well as a fitness journal and pen, sport towel, water bottle and blueberry stress ball. The bad news is that the coupon cannot be used in the following states – California, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, North Dakota and Tennessee. Sorry 🙁

Want to know more about Fiber One Nonfat blueberry yogurt? Well it only has 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat.  It’s packed with real fruit and also contains vitamins A and D and is a good source of calcium.

Want to know how I felt about the product? As far as taste goes I thought it was delicious.  I’m not super excited about the product containing aspartame but I think in a pinch this yogurt would work deliciously.

    Cool giveaway! I recommend taking the stairs in place of the elevator (even going up!) and snacking on defrosted frozen peas for your healthifying plans :).

    Well since April I have lost a lot of weight, I find if I eat an apple a day it seems to keep the weight off, I try and drink a gallon of water a day, this one is my hardest. :o) When the weather is nice we bike ride as a family and have also added more fiber to our diet.

    I don’t want to enter the giveaway but I just wanted to say how awesome I think your 2011 goal is! Mine is the same, minus the weight watchers. Let me know how you like it though!

    I’ve had this before and love it, but like you I’m not a fan of aspartame and try to steer clear most of the time. But if I won, I would TOTALLY eat it!! My tip is bulking up meals with veggies b/c they add so few calories but make you feel full and you get a bigger serving. Do you follow Biz’s blog (My Bizzy Kitchen)? She just started the new WW program and is doing really well! I wish you the best of luck–I’ve always had good success with Weight Watchers.

    Ideas to lose weight: definitely fruits and veggies. Also getting off the couch and doing some exercise. If you don’t exercise and get rid of some of the calories you take in, then you’re not going to lose any weight. Drink lots and lots of water. I don’t know what my favorite healthy snack is. Grapes are easy to pop in your mouth, the quakes are good, they come in chocolate and chedder. Are you doing the WW in a facility or online?

    I’m right there with ya Brandy, counting those darn points. It’s been a very fattening year. Nice little giveaway! I live in California but I’m close enough to Oregon that if I won, I could use my coupon over the boarder. That almost sounded illegal. LOL

      I forgot my tip.
      Do a little exercise every day. Even if you don’t feel like going out and walking (or whatever) for 30 minutes, then go out and do it for 10 minutes. Once you start, it’s a lot easier to keep going. It’s that first step that can be hard sometimes.
      My favorite lo cal snack is to dunk those little caramel rice cakes into sugar free chocolate pudding like chips and dip. It’s creamy, crunchy, sweet, and delicious! 🙂

    I started WW 12 weeks ago and have lost over 5 percent of my starting weight. I love the program. I try to walk every day and drink lots and lots of water. It also helps to limit the wine at dinner (sadly)

    What a great giveaway to start the new year! I am also starting WW PP…I’m doing it online and hopefully with the support of my friends I will have success:) A simple tip to just move a little more is to park farther away in a parking lot to walk those extra steps. My favorite healthy snack is a yummy fruit smoothie made with my vitamix!
