Kimchi Burger

This kimchi burger is topped with a fried egg and TONS of kimchi. You’ll love all the flavor that is PACKED into these burgers! Say goodbye to boring burgers.

This post is sponsored by Udi’s. As always all opinions are 100% my own.

Sometimes there is nothing better than a burger. I’ll happily eat them topped with just about anything you throw my way. My husband likes his burger pretty plain because as he says “he wants to taste the beef.” Whatever – top my mine with all. the. toppings. This burger has my name written all over it!

If the burger had a human name it would be called “Brandy Jr.” But like burger Brandy Jr. Want to know the best thing about the burger? GLUTEN FREE! I used my new favorite buns – Udi’s whole grain hamburger buns. Of course, you could use regular buns by why do that when you can use delicious gluten-free buns? Then you can impress all your fancy gluten free friends! Or in my case – my super fancy gluten free wonderful best friend.

Also on this burger is spicy kimchi, a delicious fried egg AND a homemade gochujang Greek yogurt sauce. It’s like a world of delicious flavor all piled high onto a bun. Then you get to dive in face first and devour the whole thing like a pack of ravenous wolves. Or one lone wolf…

Oh totally unrelated to this burger – I voted yesterday. After I got done voting I was putting the paper into the little machine and I hear this agitated man going off on the poor volunteers. Apparently they couldn’t find his name in the book so they gave him a form to fill out. He looked at them like they asked him to fill out 100 different forms. It was 1 form people. 1 form.

Then he says “I’m an American! I should be able to vote!” Well, yeah. If you register on time. Duh.

Ok, back to burgers. You should make this kimchi burger because you’ll be rewarded with a giant flavor party in your mouth. Plus it’s all the international flavor you crave!
