ONE POT  CHICKEN FAJITA PASTA

INGREDIENTS

OLIVE OIL CHICKEN BREAST TRI-COLORED BELL PEPPERS YELLOW ONION FAJITA SEASONING KOSHER SALT GARLIC CHICKEN STOCK FIRE-ROASTED TOMATOES DRIED PASTA CREAM CHEESE CILANTRO CHEESE

STEP ONE

1. Saute chicken, peppers, and onion till soft.  2. Sprinkle with seasoning and add garlic.  3. Pour in chicken stock and diced tomatoes.  4. Add dried pasta and bring to a boil!

STEP TWO

Simmer until the pasta is fully cooked. 

STEP THREE

After the pasta is fully cooked the mixture should be creamy but thick. Stir in the cream cheese and cilantro. Top with cheese and let the warmth of the pasta melt the cheese.
