1. Saute chicken, peppers, and onion till soft.
2. Sprinkle with seasoning and add garlic.
3. Pour in chicken stock and diced tomatoes.
4. Add dried pasta and bring to a boil!
After the pasta is fully cooked the mixture should be creamy but thick. Stir in the cream cheese and cilantro.
Top with cheese and let the warmth of the pasta melt the cheese.
