Preheat your oven. In a bowl mix together oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and kosher salt. In another bowl whisk together milk, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla bean paste.
In your baking dish cover the bottom with banana slices. Then sprinkle 3/4 cup blueberries over top bananas.
Add the oats to the dish and slowly our the milk mixture over the oats and fruit. Top with remaining blueberries.
Bake and serve warm, room temperature, or cold! I like to drizzle mine with maple syrup!
