Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 pound Piave cheese
  • 1/2 pound Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 pound gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 pound Tallegio cheese
  • 1/2 pound prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound speck thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound Mortadella Bologna thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound Italian Salame sliced
  • 1/2 pound Proscuitto Cotto thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts
  • 1/4 cup imported crushed red pepper paste
  • 1/4 cup imported Sicilian orange marmalade
  • Fresh figs halved
  • Fresh black plums halved and sliced
  • Fresh Concord grapes
  • Fresh cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh seckel pears halved and cored
  • Fresh Italian bread thinly sliced
  • Italian breadsticks
