This mixed berry mojito combines delicious fresh raspberries, blackberries, mint and rum. It's super delicious, perfect for spring and takes only 5 minutes to make!
Take two short cocktail glasses and fill with equal parts blackberries, raspberries, mint leaves and sweetener.
Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and pour in rum.
Muddle the mixture together breaking up the berries and bruising the mint.
Add in ice and top with seltzer.
Gently stir to combine.

If you want to use a no-calorie sugar replacement start with 1-2 teaspoons per glass (if you're using something like Truvia) or 1-2 packets of your favorite sweetener such as Splenda or Equal. You can also use simple sugary syrup if you have it on hand.
