Ingredients

diced fresh pineapple

lime
juiced

honey
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large blender and blend until everything is smooth.
If you want a smooth pulp free agua fresca, strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. If you don't mind the pulp skip to step 3.
Add juice to a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use sugar in place of honey if desired.
Add more sweetner if desired.
Additions of fresh herbs like basil and mint are delicious.
