Ingredients

  • 1 750mL bottle semi-sweet rosé wine
  • 4 cups small cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons agave

Instructions

  • Reserve 1/2 cup rosé wine and set it in the fridge.
  • Pour the remaining wine into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  • Place the watermelon cubes in the freezer and freeze overnight as well.
  • Place frozen wine cubes, frozen watermelon, lime juice, agave, and remaining rosé wine into a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with fresh mint, lime, or lemon.

Notes

  • The amount of agave you add will depend on how sweet you like your drinks and the sweetness of your wine.
  • You can use granulated sugar or honey in place of agave.
  • If you do not have rosé wine you can substitute it with sauvignon blanc, riesling, or a sweeter red wine.
