- 1 750mL bottle semi-sweet rosé wine
- 4 cups small cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons agave
Reserve 1/2 cup rosé wine and set it in the fridge.
Pour the remaining wine into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Place the watermelon cubes in the freezer and freeze overnight as well.
Place frozen wine cubes, frozen watermelon, lime juice, agave, and remaining rosé wine into a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Garnish with fresh mint, lime, or lemon.
- The amount of agave you add will depend on how sweet you like your drinks and the sweetness of your wine.
- You can use granulated sugar or honey in place of agave.
- If you do not have rosé wine you can substitute it with sauvignon blanc, riesling, or a sweeter red wine.
