Ingredients

  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 3 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • Handful of large basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar glaze
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Place burrata ball in the middle of a platter and arrange tomato slices and bail leaves around the cheese.
  • Drizzle everything with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You don't want to drown the salad in dressing just enough to moisten everything and bring in flavor.
  • Sprinkle on kosher salt and black pepper.
