Ingredients

  • 1 large head of orange cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Cut off florets and wash thoroughly.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss to combine and add to a large rimmed baking sheet pan.
  • Cook until golden brown 20-25 minutes making sure to stir cauliflower about halfway through roasting.
