Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 6 hot pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 box puff pastry sheets 2 full sheets
  • 8 ounce jar pizza sauce
  • 5 ounce bag mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Set the puff pastry sheets laid out on a lightly floured cutting board and let thaw for about 10 minutes.
  • Cut each puff pastry sheet lengthwise into 3 pieces, then cut horizontally down the middle to make 6 equal pieces per puff pastry sheet.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of marinara sauce onto the center of 6 puff pastry sheets.
  • Add a spoonful of mini pepperoni, mozzarella pearls, and sausage crumbles.
  • Add the remaining pastry squares on top of the filling. Press the edges to seal with your finger, then use a fork and press down lightly around the edges.
  • To the melted butter add minced garlic, basil, and sea salt. Whisk to combine.
  • Brush the puff pastry with garlic butter.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Flipping is optional, I found it to be unnecessary for these.
  • Serve with remaining marinara sauce as a dip and enjoy!
