Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

These air fryer chicken thighs are the perfect weeknight dinner! Super crispy bone-in chicken thighs, seasoned, and cooked right in your air fryer! They turn out perfectly delicious every single time!

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper. 
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic, Italian seasoning, softened butter, and olive oil.
  • Lift the skin off the top of the chicken thigh and stuff about 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture under the skin of each thigh. Then, use the remaining butter mixture to spread over each chicken thigh. 
  • Cook for 14-16 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. 
  • Serve immediately, garnished with lemon and parmesan cheese, if desired. 
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
