Ingredients

thinly sliced

small red onion
thinly sliced

large heirloom tomatoes
diced

minced fresh dill

minced fresh parsley

olive oil

tablespoons
red wine vinegar
Kosher salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and toss to combine.
Taste, and season with the desired amount of kosher salt and black pepper.
Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
