Jalapeno Mango Margarita

Ingredients
For rim:
1
tablespoon
Tajin chile lime seasoning
1
tablespoon
kosher salt
For margarita:
2
cups
of diced frozen mango
4
ounces
tequila
4
ounces
mango juice
1
ounce
lime juice
1/2
jalapeno
top trimmed
Instructions
For rim:
Place your tajin and salt onto a flat small plate. Mix until combined.
For margarita:
Use a wedge of lime to moisten the rim of your glasses.
Dip the edges of the rim of the glass onto a plate with tajin and salt. Set aside.
In a blender, add the mango, tequila, mango juice, lime juice, and jalapeño.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the frozen cocktail into your prepared glasses.
Garnish with lime, sliced jalapeno, or a sprinkle of Tajin.
Notes
Add more or less jalapeno depending on your love of heat. Taking out the seeds in the jalapeno will also reduce the spice level.
