Prevent your screen from going dark
For crust and topping:
- 1-1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
For apples:
- 2-1/2 cups medium diced apples
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
For crust and topping:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl add all ingredients and stir to combine. Reserve 1 cup of the graham cracker mixture for topping.
Add the remaining crust ingredients to your prepared pan and press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, remove, and set aside.
For assembly and baking:
Add the apples over the baked crust and top with the reserved graham cracker crust.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven, drizzle with glaze and let cool.
