10 ounces fresh feta cheese 1 lemon zested 1 lemon juiced 1 clove garlic minced 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup chopped preserved lemon 2 tablespoons fresh mint roughly chopped 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper more if desired Fresh cracked pepper
In a large food processor add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl.
If desired, top with the addition of chopped preserved lemon, mint, crushed red pepper, and fresh cracked pepper.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
