  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper or a Silpat liner and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and kosher salt.
  • Whisk to combine and set aside.
  • In the bowl of an electric mixer or large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, oil, molasses, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a mixer, gently combine the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients about a cup at a time, until well combined.
  • Form the dough into 1.5-inch balls, and roll in powdered sugar until completely covered.
  • Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheet pan and flatten until each cookie is 2 inches in diameter. 
  • Bake for 13-14 minutes in the preheated oven.
