Ingredients

  • 2 pounds tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1-2 Serrano chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all your ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
  • Serve with chips for dipping or serve on top of tacos, nachos, etc.
