- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 tablespoons molasses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium-sized bowl mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, chia seeds, salt, and spices.
Mix in the molasses, eggs, melted butter, cream, and water.
Mix well, until everything is combined and the eggs are fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into individual oven-safe ramekins or an 8x8 baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve plain or with any of your preferred toppings, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cream, oat milk, or nuts.
