Preheat waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking soda, smoked paprika, baking powder and chipotle chile powder.
In another bowl whisk together buttermilk, maple syrup, olive oil and sriracha.
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture and stir to combine.
Fold in diced sausage and shredded cheese.
Spray your waffle iron with nonstick spray and cook waffles according to waffle iron directions.
Top warm waffles with fried eggs and a drizzle of sriracha.
