Fireball Whipped Coffee
This fireball whipped coffee is smooth and spicy dalgona style coffee, made with instant coffee, sugar, and a shot of fiery and sweet Fireball whisky.

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons chilled water
- 2 tablespoons fireball whiskey divided
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for garnish
- Sprinkles for garnish
- 1 cup whole milk
Add instant coffee, sugar, water, 1 tablespoon of the fireball whiskey, and cinnamon to a small bowl.
Using a hand blender, blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until soft peaks form and the mixture takes on a light brown color.
If desired, prepare your glass by dipping the rim of your glass in caramel sauce and then into the sprinkles.
Add ice to your glass and fill with milk and the remaining fireball. Stir to combine.
Top the milk mixture with the whipped coffee mixture and gently stir to enjoy.
- Make this dairy-free by using your favorite nut milk.
- Make this alcohol-free by substituting fireball whiskey with a teaspoon of cinnamon extract.
- If you're not a fan of fireball or cinnamon whiskey you can easily substitute traditional bourbon or whiskey.
- To make this a hot coffee just warm your milk and leave out the ice.
