Servings: 1 cup
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup packed fresh basil
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 green onions bottoms removed
- 2 cloves garlic
- Kosher salt to taste
In a high powered blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the dressing is too thick you can thin out with more Greek yogurt or olive oil.
If it's too thin add in some more herbs to help thicken it up.
Serve over salad or as a dip for vegetables.
