This ham cobb salad is the perfect way to use up all that leftover ham. Packed full of baby greens, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, and ham.

For salad:
- 6 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs quartered
For salad:
Add mixed baby greens to a large bowl and top with ham, cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs.
Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
For dressing:
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until fully combined.
