Irish Coffee Frappe
This simple Irish coffee frappe combines coffee, Irish whiskey, half and half, brown sugar, and ice. It's frosty, delicious, and perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

- 1.5 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup strong coffee cooled
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup whipped cream optional
In a high powered blender add ice cubes, coffee, half and half, Irish whiskey, and brown sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 glasses and top with whipped cream.
