- 2 pounds tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1-2 Serrano chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl add all your ingredients and mix to combine.
Let it rest for 15 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
Serve with chips for dipping or serve on top of tacos, nachos, etc.
