Roasted Orange Cauliflower
This super simple roasted orange cauliflower is the perfect side dish vegetable. Plus the deep orange color is not only pretty but it provides more Vitamin A than typical cauliflower. It's healthy, delicious, and can be used in place of any traditional cauliflower recipe.

- 1 large head of orange cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut off florets and wash thoroughly.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Toss to combine and add to a large rimmed baking sheet pan.
Cook until golden brown 20-25 minutes making sure to stir cauliflower about halfway through roasting.
