In a medium-sized sauce pan add olive oil and set over medium high heat.
Once the oil is hot add the peaches, onion and jalapeño pepper. Sauté till the onions and peaches are soft. Remove from the heat.
In a blender add the peach mixture as well as the remaining ingredients minus the turkey legs. Blend until smooth.
Add back to the sauce pan and cook down until thickened and warmed throughout, about 10 minutes.
Heat your grill to medium heat.
Season your turkey legs with salt and pepper and add to the grill.
Cook for 45 minutes, rotating the turkey leg every 10 minutes.
Baste with the peach bbq sauce and continue grilling and basting until the turkey legs reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees F. This should take about 15-20 more minutes.
Full cooking time on the turkey could vary depending on size.
