2/3 cup Guinness beer 1/3 cup heavy cream 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped 1 tablespoon light corn syrup 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Add all ingredients to a 8-inch saucepan and place over medium heat.
Gently whisk together mixture as it melts over the heat.
Cook until the sauce starts to thicken, making sure to whisk while it cooks.
Serve over ice cream, warm or room temperature.
Store in the fridge in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
