Cranberry Gin Fizz

This cranberry gin fizz is a great addition to your holiday cocktail rotation. Made with gin, fresh-squeezed orange juice, homemade whole berry cranberry sauce, and a splash of fizzy water. You'll love this simple winter cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce divided
  • cups ice
  • ¼ cup seltzer water more or less can be used
  • 1 slice orange for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker add gin, orange juice, 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce, and 1 cup ice.
  • Shake to combine.
  • Fill a short cocktail glass with remaining 1/2 cup ice. Strain in shaken cocktail and top with seltzer water.
  • Serve with the remaining teaspoon of cranberry sauce and if desired garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange slice.

Notes

As you drink the cocktail stir in the cranberry sauce to add more flavor.
