Homemade Chicken Sausage Patties

- 1 pound ground chicken
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries roughly chopped
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced minced shallots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoons minced fresh sage
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add ground chicken, raspberries, panko bread crumbs, shallots, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Using your hands, mix together the ingredients until fully combined.
Form into 8 equal-size patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
Add olive oil to a 12-inch skillet and set over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot add the chicken patties and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until the patties are fully cooked. Patties are fully cooked at 165 degrees F when checked internally.
