This hummus chicken salad is full of chicken breast, honey, mustard, hummus, apples, dried cranberries, and minced rosemary. It's the perfect way to jazz up your average chicken salad.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, apples, and dried cranberries.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together hummus, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, black pepper, and kosher salt.
  • Pour hummus mixture overtop the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediatly or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
