No Bake Strawberry Tarts
These no bake strawberry tarts are the perfect way to end the summer. Cream cheese mixed with sugar and Cool Whip spread into a graham cracker crust and topped with sweet berries.

- 6 (3-inch) mini graham cracker crusts
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cool whip topping thawed
- 6 whole strawberries kept whole or sliced
Set out mini graham cracker crusts.
In a large bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, then add the cool whipped topping and beat until combined. The mixture will be thick.
With a spatula, scoop a sixth of the filling and press it into one of the mini graham crusts. Repeat until all of the mini pies are filled.
Top each filled tartlet with a strawberry and refrigerate till set, about 1 hour or overnight.
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
