These no bake strawberry tarts are the perfect way to end the summer. Cream cheese mixed with sugar and Cool Whip spread into a graham cracker crust and topped with sweet berries.

I’ll bring you some fun new fall dessert recipes, but until then, I’m still in summer! I’m also all about summer desserts that only need five ingredients and are 100% no-bake.
YES! So easy and so freaking delicious.
Side note: if you’re a fan of easy 5-ingredient recipes, you need to get your hands on Fast and Easy Five Ingredient Recipes cookbook! When Philia asked me to review her book, I was all over it because who doesn’t love easy and fast recipes?
As you can see, I opted to showcase a delicious dessert because I’m the biggest fan of sweet treats!
I whipped all the ingredients together, filled up the graham cracker crusts, topped them with strawberries, and waited (impatiently) for them to firm up so I could dive in.
So easy. So delicious. You’ll love it!

I looooooove strawberry desserts! Can’t wait to bake these!
I love no bake desserts! This looks amazing!
Can I prep the filling ahead of time and then fill the tarts the next day? Or would it harden too much in the fridge?
Hi Jolene – I don’t see that being an issue.
