- 1 (10 ounce) bag white chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers
- 8 ounces salted dry roasted peanuts
- Red sprinkles optional
- Green sprinkles optional
Gently melt chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave. For microwave: add to a microwave safe bowl, and cook on 15 second incraments, stiring between each heating, until fully melted and smooth. For water bath: Add a small pot to the stove with 1 cup water. Heat the water until boiling and turn down to low. Top with heat safe bowl, add chocolate chips, and gently stir until melted. Once melted add in peanuts and stir to combine.
Lay out parchment paper and spoon 2 tablespoon-sized clusters onto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sprinkles and let harden, about 10 minutes.
Enjoy once fully cooled and set.
