White Chocolate Peanut Clusters

These sweet and salty white chocolate peanut clusters are the perfect no-bake holiday dessert! You'll love how easy they are to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag white chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 8 ounces salted dry roasted peanuts
  • Red sprinkles optional
  • Green sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Gently melt chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave.
    For microwave: add to a microwave safe bowl, and cook on 15 second incraments, stiring between each heating, until fully melted and smooth.
    For water bath: Add a small pot to the stove with 1 cup water. Heat the water until boiling and turn down to low. Top with heat safe bowl, add chocolate chips, and gently stir until melted.
  • Once melted add in peanuts and stir to combine. 
  • Lay out parchment paper and spoon 2 tablespoon-sized clusters onto the parchment paper. 
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles and let harden, about 10 minutes. 
  • Enjoy once fully cooled and set.
