Strawberry Shortcake Boozy Milkshake

Strawberry Shortcake Boozy Milkshake by Nutmeg Nanny

Who doesn’t love a milkshake? What about when it’s boozy? Oh yes! This simple summery cocktail is perfect for a hot summer day or to cool down after a long hard day.

I was happy to sample Pinnacle’s newest summer flavor Strawberry Shortcake. I knew I could do something delicious with this stuff! I simply mixed it together with some vanilla ice cream, strawberries and of course topped it with whipped cream. If you are going to make a milkshake, make it right! Calories don’t count if they are in drink form…right?

In a blender add ice cream, vodka, strawberries and milk.

Blend until smooth. Make sure to not over blend your milkshake or it will get too thin. You want to keep it thick and creamy.

Top with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired.

I like to use Tequila Rose in my strawberry shakes. A little goes a long way and it blends well
